Eetu Salin, a fiery working-class agitator and one of the founding members of the The Social Democratic Party of Finland, doesn’t struggle only with his childhood traumas and alcoholism but also the radical youngsters who try to rise into power inside his own political party. Eetu tries to lead the class struggle with peaceful means, and together with his friends Väinö Tanner ja Yrjö Mäkelin prevent the working-class from drifting towards a violent revolution.
